Job Title: Medical Device Assembler 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: $21.50/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

We are hiring a Medical Device Assembler to support the production of high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. The role involves assembling, repairing, and testing small medical device components and catheters while following established procedures and quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesPerform manual assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices and catheter components.
Work with small parts and components using hand tools and microscopes.
Follow SOPs, work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality procedures.
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation for traceability.
Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality requirements are met.
Perform repetitive hand movements including gripping, pinching, pulling, and twisting.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow cleanroom gowning and PPE requirements.
Communicate production issues, problems, and solutions clearly.
Manufacturing or manual assembly experience preferred.
Experience working with small components and hand tools.
Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.
Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to read and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
Experience in a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
Medical device assembly experience is a plus.
Hand soldering experience is a plus.
Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
This position is performed in a cleanroom and FDA-regulated manufacturing environment . Employees must follow strict gowning, clothing, footwear, personal hygiene, and safety requirements.
