We are Bear Claw, an AI-powered recruiting and applicant tracking platform that brings candidate and job management, sourcing, outreach, and team collaboration into one system. Our conversational AI assistant, Cora, uses vector search and LLM technology to match candidates with jobs and help recruiters act faster. We are hiring a full-time Backend PHP Developer to help build and scale the platform in our established production environment. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and close collaboration with our product and development team. The position is on-site in Evanston, Illinois.
