Grandma’s Home opened its first NYC location in March 2024!

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume NYC restaurant or bar
• Strong cocktail, wine, beer, and sake knowledge
• Positive, team-forward attitude and strong sense of hospitality
• Attention to detail paired with a sense of urgency
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Knowledge of Chinese food and ingredients is a plus!
• 3 references, including at least 1 from your most recent hospitality position

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cocktails, wine, sake, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the beverage and food menus, including ingredients, allergies, preparation, and pairings
• Execute service-bar tickets efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
• Actively support dining room service and attend to guests throughout their experience
• Work as a team with servers, support staff, and management to ensure smooth, gracious service
• Complete bar prep, stocking, setup, and closing responsibilities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar
