BayCare is currently in search of our newest Clinical Coordinator MA who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community.   • Shift Days/Hours: Monday thru Friday 7:45am AM – 5:15 PM (May Vary)
  • Location: St.Anthonys Primary Care Baywalk
  • Weekend Work: None
  • On Call: No
  • Always in person

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinical operations.
  • Assist Site Manager and physicians with the successful operations of the clinical staff, procedures and treatment
  • Support the physician's office health care team
  • Answer phones
  • Screen patient's chart prior to appointment
  • Interview patients and prepare them for examinations and other procedures
  • Assist the physician during the exam
  • Administer injections
  • Perform any necessary lab work or testing
  • Follow up on test orders and reports results to the physician and patient
  • Provides patient education
  • Maintain medical equipment and take inventory
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Required Certification or Licensure includes RMA (Registered Medical Assistant, CMA (Medical Assistant), EMT or NREMT (Nationally Recognized Emergency Medical Technician), or Paramedic
  • Required High School or Equivalent
  • Required 6 years Medical Assistant experience
