Credit & Collections Specialist Wanted!

Drive AR collections, set up new accounts, run D&B credit checks, and post cash receipts for a top packaging company.

Requirements:

• 2+ yrs AR/Collections experience

• Advanced MS Excel & data entry skills

• communication & organization

• HS Diploma (Associate's/Sage a plus!)

salary: $24 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Setting up new customers including gathering required legal information
 Running D&B Reports and credit checks following company guidelines
 Generating compliance reports for Credit Insurance company
 Developing and implementing collection strategies
 Contacting past due accounts to prompt immediate collection and/or hold customers
accountable to a collection plan
 Post cash receipts
 Forecast collection activity and update management on status of collections
