Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Customer Care Advocates to provide high-touch, phone-based support to members in a fast-paced service center environment. In this role, you will deliver white-glove, concierge-style service to guide members through the complexities of surgical care, educate them on available incentives and program benefits, and ensure they feel valued and supported every step of the way. Start Date: Monday, October 19th, 2026 Compensation: Starting at $20.00–$24.00/hour based on experience + a $1,500 sign-on bonus, plus a competitive monthly bonus program Shift Schedules:
- Monday–Friday, no weekends
- 6-week onsite training program, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (paid at your regular rate)
- After training, you'll be assigned a 9-hour shift within a 7 AM–8 PM window
This is a 100% onsite position

Responsibilities
- Concierge Member Support: Provide phone-based support in a fast-paced service center, delivering a white-glove, concierge-style experience for each member.
- Education & Guidance: Educate members on the surgical process, program benefits, and available incentives.
- Care Coordination: Assist members with provider selection and coordinate with physician offices to streamline care.
- Member Engagement: Proactively engage new members while maintaining strong, trusted relationships with existing ones.
- Compassionate Problem Solving: Answer questions with clarity and compassion, consistently going the extra mile to help members navigate complex care journeys.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma required. A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Services, Public Health, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, service center, and/or sales enablement role.
- Language Skills: bilingual in Spanish & English is preferred.
