POSITION: Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The primary responsibilities will include inputting updating and maintaining data in our databases and systems ensuring accuracy and completeness. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately into various systems and databases.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical files.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data management processes.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.
• Support other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
