Description:
is hiring a Data Entry Operator to join its remote operations team supporting behavioral health programs. This role focuses on maintaining accurate, secure, and well-organized client and organizational data that directly supports healthcare and community service delivery.

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for managing large volumes of sensitive information across multiple systems while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations such as HIPAA. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Entering, updating, and maintaining client and operational data in internal systems
• Reviewing data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entry
• Processing information from clinical, administrative, and operational departments
• Identifying and correcting data errors and discrepancies
• Generating reports for management and internal teams
• Maintaining organized digital records and databases
• Supporting data migration, cleansing, and system updates
• Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive client and organizational information
• Responding to internal data requests in a timely and professional manner
• Supporting continuous improvement of data management processes
• Providing general administrative assistance as required

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining accuracy under minimal supervision. Strong typing skills (40–50 WPM), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with databases or EHR systems are highly desirable.

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic experience in data entry or administrative work (0–2 years preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
