Pierce Washington is seeking a Data Entry Representative to join our team in Mill Valley. This full-time on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level professionals to build a foundation in data management within the Information Technology/IT industry.

As a Data Entry Representative you will be responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining data across our internal systems. You will work closely with team members to ensure data integrity timeliness and consistency supporting the broader operations that keep our IT services running smoothly.

This role offers a competitive hourly compensation range of $28 to $30 USD per hour. It is an ideal starting point for individuals looking to grow their career in information technology and data operations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems
• Verify data for completeness accuracy and consistency
• Maintain organized and up-to-date digital records and files
• Review and correct data errors or discrepancies in a timely manner
• Process incoming documents and information efficiently
• Support team members with data-related tasks and special projects
• Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining high accuracy levels
• Assist with generating reports and data summaries as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Entry-level experience in data entry or administrative support preferred
• Strong typing speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on-site
