Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into company database and maintain updated records
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Retrieve data as needed and prepare reports
• Organize and store paperwork documents and computer-based information
• Adhere to data entry policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good typing speed and proficiency with MS Office and data programs
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling grammar and punctuation

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of data entry experience
• Experience working with confidential information
• Experience in the printing industry is a plus
