DataVox is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Support Representative to assist with entering updating and maintaining company records. The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills good organizational abilities and a strong focus on accuracy. This role supports daily operations by ensuring information is properly recorded organized and readily accessible.
Responsibilities
Enter and update information in company databases and spreadsheets.
Review data for accuracy and completeness.
Organize and maintain electronic records and files.
Assist with data verification and general administrative tasks.
Identify and report missing or incorrect information.
Maintain the confidentiality of company information.
Qualifications :
