Salary: $60,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 1 to 2 years of experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or broader IT Support role.
• Candidates with relevant IT certifications and strong interpersonal skills may also be considered.
• We prefer experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Comfort working within a ticketing platform is required.
• Basic troubleshooting ability for Windows systems and networking issues is important.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• We need someone with a proactive, reliable mindset who takes ownership of issues.
• The role requires a polished and professional presence, as we regularly support leadership.
• Office 365 administration experience, including users, licensing, and the admin portal, is a plus.
• Exposure to Azure or virtual desktop environments is desirable.
• Basic scripting knowledge or an interest in learning is helpful.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA or Microsoft Fundamentals are advantageous.

• We serve as the initial contact for IT support needs.
• We troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, access, and connectivity problems.
• We log, monitor, and refresh service tickets in a platform such as Jira.
• We support Microsoft 365 applications and tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and the Admin Center.
• We assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, along with basic account setup and administration.
• We escalate more complex issues when needed while staying engaged until they are resolved.
• We provide high-touch, professional support for executive users.
• We support conference room technology and other onsite IT requirements.
• We follow internal IT procedures, documentation standards, and security best practices.
• We look for recurring issues and help improve processes and documentation over time.

We are a small, hands-on IT team based onsite in Nashville, Tennessee, supporting internal employees across the organization in a highly visible role. This is a full-time, permanent position with standard Monday through Friday hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the targeted start date is early June. The annual salary is $60,000, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
