salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
- Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hires.
- Coordinate with staffing agencies to ensure alignment with workforce needs.
- Track and report on temp employee performance, assignments, and conversion opportunities.
- Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires including orientation, documentation, and system setup.
- Lead regular orientation sessions to welcome new employees and communicate company values, policies, and expectations.
- Conduct exit processes and gather feedback to improve employee retention and overall experience.
- Employee Relations & Floor Presence:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution aligned with company policies and values.
- Maintain visibility on the production and operational floor to build rapport with employees and stay attuned to workplace dynamics.
- Assist with investigations and proper documentation of employee issues or complaints.
- Promote positive employee engagement through active listening and responsive support.
