We built a practice that honors the whole human—both in front of and on the couch. Founded on the reality that 50 minutes of traditional talk therapy isn't always enough, we integrate somatic, nervous-system, and mind-body approaches into our clinical work.
We are hiring a fully licensed psychotherapist who wants to bring their authentic self to work, trust their clinical intuition, and practice alongside a supportive, highly collaborative team.
Autonomy over rigid protocols: We don't hand you a script. We provide the safety and structural support for you to meet clients where they are using the modalities you know work.

Salary Range: $75,000 – $125,000 / year (W-2 employment status)

Compensation:$70,000 - $125,000
Responsibilities:Provide high-quality, integrative psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or adolescents in an in-person or hybrid capacity across our Southeast Michigan locations.
Utilize trauma-informed, mind-body modalities tailored to the client (e.g., EMDR, IFS, somatic work, mindfulness, expressive arts, or Sensorimotor Psychotherapy).
Maintain a full-time caseload of approximately 23 client sessions per week (~30 total working hours inclusive of admin, notes, and team collaboration).
Participate in weekly team consultations, professional development, and community connection.
Embody the core pillars we teach: breathe, move, nourish, connect, rest.
Licensure: Fully licensed in Michigan as an LPC, LMSW, LP, LLP, or LMFT .
Clinical Focus: Strong foundation or genuine pull toward integrative, somatic, trauma-informed, and mind-body approaches.
Experience: Ability to work with individuals, adolescents, or couples.
Availability: Openness to cover select evening or weekend hours to meet community needs.
Presence: A grounded, curious clinician who values ongoing personal and professional growth.
