Role Summary: -
Customs and Logistics Operations Support professional to manage the end-to-end import/export processes for Tangguh Ubadari Carbon Capture Project (IET Equipment CCPP and HCC Package), hazardous materials, and industrial supplies. This role ensures compliance with customs regulations, oversees logistics coordination, and manages regulatory requirements such as Master list and Iron & Steel Permit (ISP) applications for Tangguh UCC Project. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade compliance in the energy & oil & gas sector and experience supporting offshore and onshore operations.
Essential Responsibilities: -
Prepare and validate customs documentation for IET Business Tangguh Ubadari Carbon Capture Project for CCPP (Combined Cycle and Power Plant Package GTG/STG/HRSG and HCC (EMCC) Package)
Ensure full compliance with international and local customs regulations, including HS classification , valuation, and country of origin rules.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify items for inclusion and prepare RKBI/ TKDN (if needed)/Reconciliation on Monthly basis and other necessary documents required to comply
Prepare and submit applications for Master list updates and renewals.
Track approval status and ensure timely updates to reflect operational needs
Monitor Master list expiry dates and initiate renewal processes proactively.
Handle Iron & Steel Permit (ISP) applications and renewals in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to facilitate smooth clearance.
Monitor changes in trade regulations affecting oil & gas operations (e.g., sanctions, export controls).
Collaborate with procurement, project teams, Logistics and customs team, warehouse personnel, and HSE to ensure logistics align with operational and safety requirements.

Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-
Years of experience: 3+ years
Field of experience: in customs and logistics operations, preferably in the oil & gas or energy sector.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of regional customs systems (e.g., Indonesia INSW) with relevant qualifications on logistics, customs &/or international trade
Soft Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Tools or Software (Required): MS Office, SAP
Education Qualifications: High school, diploma or any technical degree.
Industry Background or Experience (Required): Oil and Gas (field and workshop)
Target Companies: Energy, Oil and Gas Sector
Off-limits Companies: BP
Required Accreditations / Qualifications / Certification / Licenses including driving License: Diploma or bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
Desirable attributes of the worker (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-
Good communication skills and kknowledge of Indonesian Language (Bahasa).
