Shift Details: Monday - Thursday 6AM - 4:30PM
Pay: $20.50 per hour

Pallet Sorters
— a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.
What You’ll Do
Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade
through visual inspection.
Identify and assess repair needs
using established criteria.
Meet production goals
while maintaining high standards of quality.
Follow safety protocols
to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
Support your team
by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
What You Bring
Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
Ability to lift up to
70 lbs.
and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Experience in a
production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment
preferred.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Additional Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and organized workspace (“Clean as You Go”).
May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).
