This position performs pre-treatment processes, operates manual spray guns, verifies proper coating coverage before curing, and inspects finished products after the baking cycle to ensure all quality standards are met. Additional responsibilities include performing paint color changes efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and completing other duties as assigned.
