The Product Development Manager (PDM) at Granata Bio owns the integrated planning and execution of one or more assigned drug development programs. Reporting to Stephanie Moebius, this cross-functional role brings together Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, Nonclinical, Quality, Commercial, Finance, and external partners to translate program strategy into clear plans, timelines, budgets, decisions, and accountabilities. The PDM leads day-to-day governance, manages risks and dependencies, and drives program execution across functions. The ideal candidate combines drug development program management experience with sound judgment, clear communication, and a practical, hands-on approach. Is your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.Responsibilities Integrated Program Planning & ExecutionOwn integrated development plans for one or more assigned programs, translating approved clinical, regulatory, CMC, nonclinical, quality, and commercial strategies into executable workplans. Maintain detailed timelines, milestones, budgets, dependencies, decision points, and status reporting. Lead day-to-day program execution and ensure functional owners understand deliverables, timing, and interdependencies. Monitor progress against development goals and adjust plans as priorities or program needs evolve. Cross-Functional Leadership & GovernanceLead cross-functional program team meetings and governance forums; set agendas, facilitate decisions, and ensure actions are completed. Build alignment across functions, resolve execution issues within the role's authority, and escalate cross-program or high-stakes matters. Prepare concise program updates and recommendations for leadership. Risk, Budget & Decision ManagementOwn program risk, issue, decision, and action logs and ensure mitigation plans have clear owners and timelines. Identify program trade-offs, develop practical recommendations, and drive follow-through on agreed decisions. Track program spend and manage forecast in partnership with Finance and functional owners; identify and escalate variances early. Vendor & External Partner ManagementProvide day-to-day oversight of external partners, coordinating scopes of work, timelines, deliverables, and changes in resourcing as program needs evolve. Monitor vendor performance for quality, compliance, timeline, and budget adherence and drive resolution of execution issues. Regulatory Submission Planning & Operational CoordinationManage integrated submission timelines for assigned programs, including dependencies and milestones, . Coordinate cross-functional inputs in partnership with Regulatory, which owns regulatory strategy, submission content, and authoring. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree a plus. 5+ years of experience in clinical-stage project or program management or related role in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences. Demonstrated ability to own integrated plans, lead cross-functional teams, and drive programs from planning through execution. Working knowledge of clinical trial operations, regulatory pathways, CMC, nonclinical, and quality activities within drug development. Experience with vendor oversight, budget ownership, forecasting, and variance management; risk management, program governance, and project management tools. Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear plans and recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication, meeting facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills. Proactive, collaborative, hands-on working style and comfort operating in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment. xhyhwjd Interest or experience in women's health, fertility, or reproductive medicine is a plus.
