Hello School Psychs! Come work with a teacher and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for the remainder of the 2026-2027 school year. Were seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What Youll Do

• Provide school psychology services in theschool setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation progress notes and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  

What Were Looking For

• Masters Degree in School Psychology
• Active Virginia School Psychology License or willing to obtain
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
