Salary: $113,000 - 153,000 per year Requirements:

• We need an experienced computer vision engineer and technologist who has already stood up and scaled an egocentric perception stack end to end at a robotics or AI data company.
• You should bring 8+ years of experience building and shipping production computer vision or perception systems, or an MS/PhD in CV, ML, or robotics plus 6+ years of hands-on experience.
• You need deep expertise in computer vision and tooling, including designing, training, and debugging CNNs and vision transformers.
• Strong knowledge of geometric computer vision is essential, including camera calibration, depth estimation, and 2D/3D pose estimation.
• You should have owned a major perception problem from data and model design through evaluation, optimization, and deployment with measurable performance outcomes.
• We value experience setting technical direction for a team or major workstream and raising the standards of other engineers.
• You should be comfortable solving ambiguous 0-to-1 problems with limited resources and no existing playbook.
• Experience working with large unstructured video or multimodal datasets, along with disciplined evaluation practices, is important.
• Expert-level Python is required, with strong software engineering fundamentals and C++ where performance demands it.

• We will rely on you to define and deliver the product, owning the data product across quality tiers from RGB egocentric video through depth-enhanced and full multimodal capture with hand pose and annotations.
• You will determine what gets built and in what order based on buyer demand, while maintaining a high quality bar.
• We expect you to run the capture and delivery program by standing up the warehouse capture operation, including camera and rig hardware selection, enrollment, edge processing, and dataset packaging pipelines.
• You will coordinate with warehouse operations, engineering, and customers to deliver datasets on spec and on schedule.
• You will build the perception stack, including detection, tracking, segmentation, depth or 3D reconstruction, and 6DoF multi-view 3D hand/body pose estimation from egocentric and fixed-camera capture.
• You will stand up VLM-assisted and automated labeling with human-in-the-loop QA to reduce annotation costs and integrate the tooling.
• You will own the hardware and vision intersection, including camera calibration, epipolar and multi-view geometry, frame-accurate time synchronization, and triangulation-based 3D pose estimation where direct sensors are unavailable.
• You will train, fine-tune, optimize, and ship CV and multimodal models on large unstructured video datasets, making them reproducible and production-ready.
