Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant business impact.
• Set technical direction for critical product and infrastructure surface areas.
• Design, develop, and own product functionality and infrastructure using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern tooling.
• Build purchasing, checkout, trial, renewal, self-serve upgrade, billing, and unified trials experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers and contribute to Vanta’s engineering culture and customer impact.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience providing technical leadership for teams or complex projects.
• Startup experience or experience in an environment with a bias for action.
• Experience working on greenfield projects.
• Interest in learning about security or prior security-industry experience.
• Curiosity and sound judgment when using AI to improve efficiency and impact.
