Job Description

We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our hospitality team. This role is perfect for someone who loves restaurants, understands social media, and enjoys turning everyday moments into engaging content.

You'll be responsible for creating content across multiple restaurant brands: from filming behind-the-scenes moments and new menu launches to editing reels, planning content calendars, and helping each brand maintain a consistent voice online.

• Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram and TikTok
• Film and edit short-form videos (reels, stories, TikToks)
• Design graphics
• Plan and execute content calendars across multiple restaurant brands
• Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas and campaigns
• Stay on top of social media trends and adapt them to each restaurant's personality
• Work closely with restaurant managers and marketing to coordinate content needs
• Attend menu launches, events, and activations to capture content in real time
• Help maintain a consistent brand identity across all social channels
• Track content performance and suggest new ideas based on what works

• Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok (professional or personal)
• Hospitality or restaurant experience strongly preferred
• Strong video editing skills
• Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling
• Comfortable filming in busy restaurant environments
• Self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't wait for direction
• Up-to-date on social media trends and best practices
• Organized and able to manage content for multiple brands simultaneously
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends when needed for events or launches
• Photography skills are a plus, but strong video storytelling and editing are more important

• Restaurant or hospitality marketing experience
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts
• Graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
• Passion for hospitality

• Every restaurant has a consistent flow of fresh content each week.
• New ideas and trends are proactively brought to the team.
• Reels feel native to Instagram and TikTok - not just videos with music added.
• Content is captured, edited, and delivered quickly.
• Restaurant managers don't have to ask for content - it just happens.

This position can be either part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's experience, availability, and fit. Part-time compensation is $25–$30/hour, while full-time compensation is $65,000–$70,000 annually. We're happy to discuss the best arrangement during the interview process.
