Lumina Agency INC is seeking motivated and energetic Trade Show Staff to represent our clients at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events throughout the Baton Rouge area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, creating memorable experiences, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a Trade Show Staff member, you will play an important role in welcoming attendees, promoting products and services, and ensuring every event runs smoothly while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients professionally at trade shows, expos, and promotional events.
• Welcome attendees and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Build positive relationships with visitors through friendly and engaging conversations.
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown.
• Maintain attractive and organized booth displays.
• Distribute promotional materials and answer customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Uphold company standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
