gpac (The #1 Recruiting Firm in the Nation) is partnering with a sizable and well-established law firm seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing practice in New Hampshire . This is a strong long-term opportunity within a firm that is actively planning for future succession .

Position: Trusts & Estates Attorney (4+ Years)

About the Role

This attorney will handle a broad range of trust and estate planning and administration matters, including probate court proceedings and ongoing trust management. The firm is seeking a candidate who wants to build a long-term practice and step into increasing responsibility as the practice evolves.

Responsibilities

* Draft and administer wills, trusts, and estate planning documents
* Handle probate court matters from filing through resolution
* Advise clients on trust setup, funding, and ongoing management
* Work directly with clients on estate planning strategies
* Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and fiduciaries
* Assist with estate and trust administration matters
* Support long-term continuity and succession within the practice

Qualifications

* 4+ years of Trusts & Estates experience
* Licensed in New Hampshire (required)
* Massachusetts Bar admission a strong plus
* Demonstrated experience with probate court proceedings
* Experience with trust formation, funding, and administration
* Strong client-facing and communication skills
* Interest in long-term growth within an established firm

Compensation & Benefits

* Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
