UK & Europe IT Technical Recruiter

Location: India Remote

Experience: 2+ years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: UK/European business hours

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for UK and European markets , from sourcing through placement.
• Source technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean/X-Ray searches, databases and referrals .
• Recruit for Java, .NET, SAP, AWS/Azure, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, QA, Infrastructure and other IT technologies .
• Review technical JDs, qualify candidates, conduct initial screening and submit qualified profiles.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback, offers and candidate follow-up through joining.
• Build and maintain strong UK/EU candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS/CRM records.
• Meet daily/weekly sourcing, submission, interview and placement targets .

Mandatory Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on UK and/or European IT Technical Recruitment experience - mandatory.
• Proven experience recruiting IT/technical professionals for UK/EU clients .
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU recruitment practices, candidate markets and work authorization/right-to-work requirements .
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals .
• Strong Boolean search and technical candidate screening skills.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, target-driven environment .

Preferred

• UK/EU contract recruitment experience.
• Experience with daily-rate/contractor hiring .
• Existing UK/EU IT candidate network.

Experience with ATS/CRM systems.
