WINE CLUB PROGRAM MANAGER
Position Summary
Cline Family Cellars and Jacuzzi Family Vineyards are seeking an experienced, strategic, and customer-focused **Wine Club Program Manager** to lead and grow our wine club programs. Reporting to the Director of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), this position oversees all aspects of our membership programs, including acquisition, retention, fulfillment, communications, events, analytics, and customer experience across both winery brands.
This leadership role supervises two team members and partners closely with Hospitality, Marketing, Events, Operations, Shipping, Finance, and Tasting Room leadership to create exceptional member experiences while driving revenue, operational excellence, and long-term member loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the strategic planning and daily operations of both wine club programs.
* Develop initiatives that drive membership growth, retention, engagement, and profitability.
* Supervise, coach, and develop the Wine Club team.
* Partner with Tasting Room Managers to train hospitality staff on club benefits, sales techniques, and member engagement.
* Manage quarterly club releases, fulfillment, shipping, member pickups, special orders, and account maintenance.
* Monitor key performance metrics and provide reporting and recommendations to support business decisions.
* Collaborate with Marketing on member communications, promotional campaigns, newsletters, and automated messaging.
* Work with Hospitality and Events teams to plan and execute member-exclusive events and experiences.
* Continuously evaluate club performance, member feedback, and industry trends to improve the member experience and operational efficiency.
* Resolve member concerns professionally while providing outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Wine Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 3–5 years of experience in wine club, DTC, hospitality, customer loyalty, or related management.
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
* Strong understanding of wine club operations, customer retention, hospitality, and direct-to-consumer sales.
* Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Commerce7, ShipCompliant, UPS Quantum View, NAV, or similar DTC platforms preferred.
* Marketing and promotional campaign experience is a plus.
* Valid California driver's license with the ability to travel between winery locations and off-site events.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
* Frequent computer use.
* Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds (with assistance when appropriate).

**Pay Range:** $70,000–$80,000 (DOE)
